SPRING BOOSTER COVID VACCINATION - OVER 75 MOBILE PATIENTS

We are beginning to invite our patients who are mobile and over 75 to attend a booster vaccination clinic at Penrhyn Bay Surgery.  You will receive your invite by letter or telephone.

Please be advised that the surgery does not provide recovery letters for travel, if you do not have your email proving your positive result from a PCR test we can provide a printout from your records providing it was an NHS test.

Some private GP’s/private practices do offer this chargeable service, please do not contact the surgery to request a certificate as we will be unable to assist you.

        Thanks

We have worked hard here at the Practice to ensure we are Covid Secure. Social Distancing measures are in place and should be adhered to as per government guidelines.  Please wear a face mask or face covering when attending the Practice. Entry to the Practice will be subject to capacity.  You may be asked to wait in your car if the waiting room is at maximum capacity.  You will be called back to inform once capacity has reduced.   Your temperature will be checked on arrival.  Please attend the surgery alone unless there is a requirement for a carer/parent to be present.

Thank you for all of your patience, cooperation and understanding during this unprecedented time.
