Test Results

No Blood Clinic Thursday 28th April 2016

We provide a service to take blood within the surgery for all tests approved by a healthcare professional. This clinic is run between 8.30am and 10.00am Monday to Friday - no appointment needed. We are not able to take tests for which there is no clear clinical need.

As a failsafe system, we ask patients to contact the surgery for results if they have not received them within two weeks (unless you have been informed that a delay is expected).

Please only ring between 14:00 – 16:00 for results at Penrhyn Bay Surgery.

Our reception staff are not qualified to comment on results therefore it is your responsibility to check them and make any necessary follow-up appointment with the doctor.

Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for their release or if they are not capable of understanding them.
