WE WILL BE CLOSED 25th MAY IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY PLEASE CALL OOH 0300 123 55 66.

MAY 2020 - DUE TO STAFF SHORTAGES DURING THIS UNPRECEDENTED TIME WE HAVE CLOSED DEGANWY SURGERY. We will be reviewing this weekly. You can still contact us at Penrhyn Bay. If you wish to collect a prescription please telephone the surgery in order for us to arrange for your prescripton to be sent to a local pharmacy.

DUE TO THE ONGOING CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC FOR PATIENT SAFETY FROM MONDAY 16TH MARCH WE ARE HAVING TO CHANGE THE WAY WE OFFER PATIENT CARE.  THE DOORS WILL NOT BE OPEN AT 8.25AM AS THEY USUALLY WOULD.

IF YOU HAVE A TEMPERATURE, COUGH OR FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS DO NOT ATTEND THE SURGERY OR DEGANWY BRANCH SURGERY.  This is regardless of whether you have been abroad or been in contact with someone with coronavirus.

We are now ONLY dealing with urgent problems with the overall aim to reduce face to face contact to the essential minimum.  this is to protect you, the public and staff.  If you need advice from a doctor please contact us via askmyGP or telephone 01492 550430.  DO NOT TURN UP, as you will be asked to leave and telephone.  The doors will NOT be open as they usually would.  askmyGP will be the fastest way to contact us as if staff are required to self isolate the telephones will not be answered as efficiently.

Your care will be reviewed by a clinician and dealt with appropriately.  This is likely to continue for the next two weeks until such times we are notified we can return to normal working arrangements.

If you already have a routine appointment booked please contact the surgery as soon as possible to discuss your appointment.  Please post your prescription requests in the letterbox outside the surgery on the railings.  If you can indicate on your request where you would like your prescription request to be sent, or alternatively enclose a stamped self addressed envelope we can send it to you.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this will cause you and we all hope it will be a temporary measure.  In the meantime we have to follow guidance and protect the public and our staff during this difficult time.

With patient’s needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.
